Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 General Visa guidance

HI,
Here I am posting for my friend, Actually, she came to the UK on ICT Dependant visa and she got a job in one of the software company the UK. After 6 months the company which she is working at the moment is accepted to give Tier 2 general visa, So could someone please tell the procedure and what are the documents she needs to apply for Tier 2 general visa. Thanks in advance
