Tier 2 ICT - ILR possible - confusing case

Post by challar » Thu Nov 13, 2014 12:41 pm

Hi,
Below is my immigration history in the UK and I want to know if I am eligible for ILR as my immigration to the UK started in 2008 with a visa eligible for ILR now but with one year gap.
Can you please please help me with this. I still believe that I am not eligible for ILR but just to avoid any regrets in the future seeking you valuable expert advise.

My UK immigration history...
Oct-2008 - Tier 2 ICT acquired for one year
24-Oct-2008 19-Mar-2010 - during this period stayed in UK with one more year extension in the UK
19-Mar-2010 - Travelled back to India
Oct-2010 - the then Tier 2 expired
Nov-2010 - New Tier 2 acquired for 1 year (so with new rules post April-2010)
19-Mar-2011 - Travelled to UK, after exactly 1 year (364 - days gap**) - same date - on the new Visa and since then staying in the UK
Heartfelt thanks in advance.
Please ask for my email if you prefer to advise privately.

Thanks!
