Tier 2 ICT LT - ILR Query

1.T2 ICT LT -Sep 2008 to Dec 2010

Changed to

2.T2 ICT Dependent-Feb 2011 to Jan 2013 (Valid from 10/02/11 to 14/01/2013 Issued in India)

Changed again to

3.T2 ICT LT valid from Apr/2013 to Mar/2015 issued in India(Didnt enter UK in year 2013 yet, after leaving UK in Jan2013)

Could you please let me know the possibility of ILR for me.

I am planning to return to UK by Feb 2014 and will extend my stay as much as possible

Will this take 5 years again i.,e Year 2019 get my ILR because of my stay out of UK in Year 2013.Also,with current rules can we apply for ILR in UK with TIER2 ICT ?
