Tier 2 (ICT) to ILR

Hi,

I have got the Tier 2 (ICT) visa on 08th March 2010. I am landed in UK on 10th March 2010. I have done 2 times visa extensions. my current visa is valid until 27th Aug 2014.

I am planing to if I am doing the 3rd time visa extension in Aug 2014. I will complete 5 years of stay in UK.

Am I eligible for ILR?
