Hi

I have a valid UK ICT Visa..valid till dec 2012...and stamped in nov 2011..my query is

earlier there was a rule that employee needs to travel atleast once within 6 months from date of issue of COS (OCT 2011 in my case)...is this rule still valid?

That was when an ICT work permit had to be physically presented to an Immigration Officer on arrival to the UK within 6 months otherwise it would cease to be valid for entry to the UK.

Will be coming to the UK as an employee of your sponsor still in the future?
