Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Partner Visa validity

Dear Friends,

Currently, I am in UK and I hold Tier 2 ICT long term staff partner visa which is valid till April 2016. My husband had Tier 2 ICT long term staff visa, but now he holds an ILR after completing 5 years in the UK. I have number of questions, I would be grateful if you can help me in resolving my queries.

1. As mentioned, my husband now holds an ILR which is approved in the month of feb 2015. I am now worried whether my visa is valid or not?

2. We may have to travel outside UK, will there be any problem ?? Since I hold a dependent visa and my husband holds an ILR(and not tier 2 ICT long term staff).I heard I will have to apply for FLR before we leave UK.

3. UK visa is issued to me in the month of April 2014 which is valid till April 2016, and I had travelled to the UK in the month of June 2014. My visa will get expire before completing 2 years in UK so, I am not eligible to apply for ILR dependent visa.Can you tell me which type of visa I should go ahead?

4.I have seen people talking about Spouse visa. I think spouse visa and Tier 2 ICT Long term staff partner visa is one and the same, correct me if I am wrong.

5. As per my knowledge Tier 2 ICT long term staff partner dependents are eligible to work in UK, but most of the recruiters say that I will need a sponsorship? please clarify
