Good Day

Does anyone here had successfully convert their Tier 2 ( ICT - Long Term Staff )issued after April 2011 Visa to Tier 2 General.

Pls share your experience

the rules don't allow switching in-country if the initial T2 ICT leave was under the rules after 5 April 2011, you'll have to leave the UK and apply from home country after 12 months cooling-off
