Tier 2 ICT Short Term to Tier 2 ICT Long term

Hi,

My situation is like this

My Tier 2 ICT short term visa is issued on Nov 3rd 2013
Visa is getting expired in Nov 3rd 2014

I travelled to UK on Nov 2013 and returned on January 2014.

Now, I have to go on a project for long term, say 6 months and more.

I heard that there is a cooling period.

Is there any way to avoid that cooling period and go again to UK ?
Please kindly suggest me ways to avoid it?

It will be great and really helpful if the moderator or someone who knows about this rules can answer my query.
It will be quite appreciated as my situation here is pretty bad in all ways. Need to travel urgent.

If you want to apply for ICT ST again, a cool-off of 12 months will apply from the day you returned back from UK provided your sponsor informed home office of your return. If you want to avoid the cool-off, you can ask your employer to apply for a ICT LT visa. There is no cooling off period when applying for a LT visa post a ST. However, note that once you come back on your LT visa, a cooling off will again apply. There is no getting away then.

For T2 ICT Long term visa, you're required to be paid a minimum of £41500 per annum, otherwise not possible.
