Tier 2(ICT) short term VISA cooling off12 months

Hi All,
I have travelled for UK on Tier 2 (ICT) short term VISA(1 year visa) from 4th June 2012 to 3rd June 2013. In order to raise another Tier 2 (ICT) short term visa, I was advised to serve cooling period for 12 months.

Currently I am serving the cooling period, but have travelled for UK in January 2014 on Business VISA(for business meetings) for 45 days and returned back.

Now my question is will I be able to raise Tier 2 (ICT) short term VISA on 4th June 2014 as I have been to UK on Business VISA (for business meetings) during my cooling period ?

The business visitor visa you had has no bearing on the cooling-off period.

You can apply for long term visa anytime now from your country as long as your salary is more than 40600 per year.
