Tier 2 ICT - Switching jobs in UK

Hi,

I am from India and currently in UK with a Tier 2 ICT Visa. This is the first time I'm in UK. My current Visa is valid till May 2015. I want to switch jobs. As far as I know, with my current Visa I can only work with my current employer / sponsor. Could anyone help me with what needs to be done if I wanna switch?
