Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General and PR

I have been in UK since Feb-2011 and the Visa issue was under Tier 2- ICT- Established Staff for Two years

then I got my visa extension under Tier 2- ICT Long term - Leave to Remain for another three years Up till Nov -15,

Now based on various rules changes ( April -2014) my question are as follows

1) Can I apply to permanent residence after completing five years under my currency Tier 2- ICT Visa ?

2) Can I Switch the current employer and get Tier 2 - General ?

3) if yes do the time spent on my Tier 2- ICT will be counted for PR - five years period or the cycle will start again

4) Can I apply for Tier 2- General for five years and complete the five years till 2018 and can apply for PR ?

5) Do the 6 years for Tier 2 General will start from the date of switch or from the date of earlier Tier 2 - ICT visa

6) Also do the cooling off period of 12 months apply in my case

Please suggest and your responses will help me in planning my carrier in UK
