Tier 2(ICT) to Tier 2 (General)

Hi All,

Could you please help me on the below query..

I came to London on Jun 2010 in Tier 2(ICT) visa. Is it possible to for me to move to Tier2(General) visa.

Can you let me know the procedure for changing the visa please.

Also, could you please let me know whether i can change my visa status in UK itself or i have to travel to home country to change my visa status.

#Yes, ppl who are issued Tier 2(ICT) before Apr2011 should be able to switch to Tier2(General). Your current visa should say 'Tier2 (ICT) Established staff..'

#You need to find a sponser in UK who can assign a CoS number to you using which you can apply for Tier2 general visa

Not required, you can apply from UK itself
