Tier-2 ICT visa extension

Hello,

I was granted Tier-2 ICT visa for one year in Sep 2009 and I came to UK in Oct. 2009.

Then got extension again for 2 years as Tier 2 ICT Established Staff in Oct. 2009 till Sep. 2012.

So when I again apply for extension in Sep. 2012, which rules will I fall under?

Will I be eligible for settlement?
