tier 2 ict visa-pregnant

Hi i am on tier 2 ict visa and my husband and daughter on dependent visa.
I am 4 weeks pregnant now and by the my visa end date i will be in 7th month of pregnancy. My last pregnancy had so many complications n due to that i m a mother of a cerebral palsy child. I want to avoid any issues. Is it possible to extend my visa until my baby is born?? Or any special norms are there.. Pls help n suggest...
