Tier 2 to ILR different names

Hello!
I am due to apply for ILR on January. I am currently on a Tier 2 (Skilled Worker visa). I just wanted to know if it is ok for my payslip to have my married name while my BrP and Passport contain my maiden name? I got married to a British Citizen on 2019 and was planning to change my name but we got pregnant, pandemic happened and got pregnant again so I haven’t had the chance or the means to change my passport and brp. All the rest of my documents for ILR is on my maiden name except for my payslips. What do I need to do?
Also, I am on maternity leave since 2020 and came back to work for 2 months last April-May and went on maternity leave again. Which payslip do I need to submit?
