TIER 2 INCREAMENT IN SALARY

HIII my extension is due on oct2016 and i need to earn 32500 as exp. but for the the time i am on 22000 as i started. i requested my employer and they are ready to pay 33000 from Apr2016 under same job with more responsibilities. my question is:-
1. Do i need to inform ukvi about increase in salary as its jumping from 22000 to 33000.
2. If yes then how can inform them as i checked with hr there is no option in sms system to update.
3.my employer going to pay me fixed 33k p/a . how can i expalin this in cos and is it gona effect anything during extension.
