Tier 2 Multiple Entry on 30 day Vignette

I have recently received my entry clearance vignette under Tier 2. I am planning to move to UK in 3rd week of November for work (employer is flexible with start date). I want to travel to UK before that to attend a conference. Will that be al-right on multiple entry vignette granted for 30 days? I might be able to collect my BRP as well, during this trip.

In short, my question is that can I travel multiple times on this vignette till its valid?
