Tier 2 Parents/Dependents Sponsorship

Hi there,
I have been trying to get some information about sponsoporing parents as dependents if one is on Tier 2 visa? I tried UKBA website (which usually is quite iinformative) but could not find much about sponsporing parents on Tier 2.

The situation is that i am on Tier 2 visa and want to bring my parents here to live with me since i am the only child they have. Would appreciate if anyone can share some informaion regarding this.

I think the reason why you could not find anything on the UKBA is because it does not exist.

Simply, in my opinion, it is not possible to sponsor "parents as dependants" while you are on a Tier 2 visa. It will be very different when you have ILR.

Even if they are like in their 60-70s?

by dependent i mean my cousin (disabled) but i am his legal guardian.

Their age is irrelevant. The category you are hoping for does not exist.
