Tier 2 PBS Migrant Dependent Visa - Evidence Query

Hello everyone,

Wishing you all a very Happy and Prosperous new year 2014 ahead.

I am wondering if anyone can kindly respond to my simple query.

We recently got a rejection from ukba where it was highlighted that 'there is lack of evidence to show that our marriage is subsisting'. We made this application in India.

Now we are attempting to put together a new application and hopefully cover / provide more evidence regarding this objection.

Question: We would like to print and present our emails to show that while we have been away we have been communicating like a regular couple. This took us a lot of time and now we fear that these pages are ridiculously big. Can we give a CD with the same word document? Is this acceptable? Can you please share your experiences.
