Tier 2 - Proof of the English language knowledge

Dear all,

I would be grateful if you could inform what should I provide to prove the knowledge of English language for the UK Tier 2 visa application. A scanned copy of the IELTS for UKVI TRF would be enough if I upload the document my self without asking the TLS contact agent to do so?
