Tier 1 PSW Dependent Online Application process from overse

Dear Friends,

I am going to my home country (Pakistan) in few days to submit a PSW Dependent application based on my wife's PSW.

I am aware that I have to submit the application in Gerry's office (UKBA representatives). I have filled up the paper application form.

I am not clear whether I need to submit the paper filled application form to Gerry's or need to do it online in Gerry's office.

Please help as it is a bit confusing for me.
