Tier 2 - Rejected - Reapply Procedure

Hi There,

Need some help and Advice

1) My tier 2 General Visa application was rejected due to less salary
2) I had opted for Premium visa
3) They have given me 14 days administrative period
4) I was trying to change my employer. From my previous employer i have got visa until end of this year.
5) My new employer is happy to generate a new COS for me with updated salary
6) Do i still need to apply within 28 days?

Going forward what should i do?

since your original visa is till end of the year, you applied for a new visa and it was rejected, it means your original visa is still valid.
You cant apply for AR as it will fail as original decision was correct.
If you still want to change employer, ask them to issue u a new cos, apply again (at anytime before your current visa ends).
