Tier 2 Set (O) - First entry in UK date

Hello,

I have completed my 5 years on Tier 2 route Set (o) and now applying for the ILR starting date: September 2018.
Prior to Tier 2, I was on Tier 4 dependant Visa from 2013 to 2018.

Question 1. In the application for the "First entry in UK" do I put 2013 date or is it September 2018?
Question 2. If I put 2018, do I still show evidence in the form of earlier expired BRP from 2013 in the form?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Question 2. If I put 2018, do I still show evidence in the form of earlier expired BRP from 2013 in the form? You can put it of there is a question on full UK immigration history. HO has the records anyway.
