Tier 2 Sponsor

I had my work permit revoked last year and I am currently waiting on my appeal to the Upper Tribunal.
However, I have another Sponsor licence holder who is willing to give me a work permit.
How can they do this? Will it be a simple letter and details of new sponsor to the Home Office>

can i along with the new sponsor apply for a new work permit?

i came as curry chef? i believe this is tier 2

or do i have to apply some other way?

the new employer is A rated sponsor licence
