Tier 2 Sponsorship application query

Hello there!

We are a specialist healthcare business looking to get a sponsorship license.

We are open but cannot trade yet as our business is undergoing CQC registration and as we have been unable hire locally. We have a business bank account, have setup payroll and can meet other Appendix A criteria.

Can we make a sponsorship license application

Any suggestions on how to go about this being a new business

+No, because by reference to Appendix A, Table 2:

If you are required to be registered with and/or inspected/monitored by a regulatory body to operate lawfully in the UK, we will need to check that you are registered and to see your last inspection report where appropriate
