Tier 2 Staff partner to Tier 2 ICT

Hello,

I have the following query and I would be grateful if any of the experts can guide me in the right direction:
I have an ICT Tier 2 Staff partner Visa. My spouse is already in UK but I am in still in India and I have not traveled with him. I was planning to arrange for a sabbatical from my company and travel to UK when I got an opportunity which would allow me to process a Tier 2 ICT Visa. Naturally I would like to go for it as it would allow me to work and earn while being near to my partner.

Now my question is since I already have a Tier 2 Staff Partner Visa will it be a problem if I try to process a Tier 2 ICT? I have not traveled to UK under the present Tier 2 Staff Partner Visa and I really hope that it does not pose any problems in my getting a Tier 2 ICT visa.
