Tier 4 Student Marriage to Family of EU

Hi,
I am an international student graduating in 2020, my girlfriend whom I have been dating for over 2 years from Africa has also been in the UK for over a year on 5 year Family of EU status. She lives with her family separate from me, works and is a student as well. Will I be allowed to live in the UK if we should get married?? If yes, are there any guidelines we need to follow regarding the process?

Your Tier 4 visa has no particular bearing on this matter. Off the top of my head, it sounds like your fiancee needs check her eligibility to apply under the EU settlement scheme, if she hasn't done so already, then you need to check the eligibility for staying as such a person's family member.
