Tier 4 student to PSW Dependent

Hello everyone

MY wife is on tier 4 student (she has entry clearence as a student in tier 4)at the moment and she finish her studies on march 2012. I'm on PSW at the moment. my questions as follows

Q1 To apply as my dependent does she has to apply outside or inside?
Q2 we both live here more than 2 years. how much money we requied to show in my bank account?

I being trough policy guidence they all confused me. any suggestion from u guys really helpfull.
