Tier 4 Student's Route

Hello.
Please could you help with advise and suggestion?
I have a sister who is here in the UK. She came for a Top Up Degree in the 2020/2021 session. Her visa was valid from October 2020 to 31st August 2021. However, she had issues with some course works which she retook and still has one she is redoing to submit on the 3rd Dec.

She applied for an Exceptional visa when her initial visa expired and was granted from 1st September to 8th November. Again, because she still has course work to submit she made similar application and this time was granted just till the 23rd November when she should leave the UK.

The worry now is, she intends to apply for Post Study Work Visa and doesn't want to first go back home before applying from there. Her current leave to remain expires on the 23rd November even before she is due to submit her last course work. The result and certificate is being expected to be around February 2022.

Please how can you help with advice on what she can do. What application can she make to grant her enough time to remain and await her certificate so as to make a Post Study Work Visa Application.

If she needs to be in the UK to complete the course, she needs to ask for the university to support an extension of her Student visa, by issuing a CAS. The fact that she has never done this before suggests that they may not support it.

If the university does not support an extension of her Student visa, she will need to leave the UK on or before 23 November 2021 and complete her studies from home. This would leave her ineligible to apply under the Graduate route, but other work routes would still be available to her including Skilled worker.
