Tier 4 student to Skilled Worker Language Requirement

Post by karimkarimov » Sun Feb 14, 2021 11:51 am

Hi,

I am in the last year of my PhD study and I want to switch to the skilled worker visa with a CoS. For the English language requirement, I want to mention that it was met in my previous Tier 4 visa application, but in that, the university confirmed my English language skill as B2 level (the same level required for skilled worker visa) and I only submitted my test results to the university, not in the visa application.

It was not clear if this is going to be accepted or not. I think my reasoning is logical to meet the language requirements, as I don't have much time to take another test. Can you help me with this?
