UK Tier 4 (Student) visa and getting married

My fiance is from the USA and is currently doing a masters here in the UK. She wishes to continue her studies to do a PhD here in the UK and is currently applying to PhD programmes.

I am also a student and we met whilst she was at university here. We would like to get married this summer and wondered if this would have any problems? Obviously because I will still be a student next year, she will need to stay on a Tier 4 (Student) visa if she gets accepted to her PhD programme.

Can anyone advise if she will be able to re-apply for the Tier 4 visa after we get married and her masters finishes?
