hi,
am actually on tier 1 and its about to expire. just got married and my husband is on student visa(tier 4) and he just finished his masters and he is gonna apply for the PSW. can i apply as his dependant in country.
we are not sure if i can apply together with him in the uk or i should go back to my country to be his dependant.
can i plz get some help. many thx

You cannot switch in-country. You need to return to your country and apply separately as his dependent.
