Tier 2 to Tier 1 - Dependant Visa

I am applying to switch from tier 2 to tier 1. I will be applying separately for my dependants if tier 1 shall granted to me.
Case 1) Tier 1 is granted: what would be status for my dependants? As my tier 2 is not valid and they are on tier 2 dependants.

How much time do i have to apply for thier tier 1 dependant visa after i receive my tier 1 (dependants are in uk with me)
