Tier 1 GE to Tier 1 Entrepreneur

Hi,

I was granted a tier 1 graduate entrepreneur visa last year (May) and have been on it for a couple of months. I want to apply for the full tier 1 entrepreneur visa just before current visa expires.

Is it possible to apply for the full T1 Entrepreneur visa (£50k route) within one year of getting the graduate entrepreneur visa (or must i be on the T1 Graduate entrepreneur visa for two years) and how soon should i submit my application? (is it 28 days before my current visa expires?)

You can switch to T1E anytime.
