tier 1 to tier 4

hi. i am in psw visa and my visa expiering soon. my wife is in tier 4 student visa and she is now 6 month pregnent. so in this situation is there any option i can increase my staying here for couple of month atleast . cause its hard to leave her alone in this situation. is it possible switching in country . if not what others option is available for me in this situation.

Possible to switch to Tier 4, subject to conditions.

thanks for ur reply. but i dont have time to process for student visa in the mean time its really hard to leave her alone here now

Since Tier 1 (PSW) cannot be extended, you have three options :-
1. Switch to another PBS category that you qualify for,
2. Return home to apply for EC as dependent of Tier 4 (General),
3. Return home for good.
