TIER 4 VISA Appl(Bank Logo Printed Black&White or Colour

Hi ,

I am in the process of applying for UK Tier 4 Visa and getting all the financial documents done. My fee is 13500 GBP + 5400 GBP the living expense i need to show. I have already paid 1000 GBP . so now i need to show 17900 gbp which is roughly 1467800 ( I pound = 82 INR) as pound rate is fluctuating.

I am showing 5 Lac as savings from HDFC ,account on my name , 8 Lac FD from Oriental Bank of Commerce ( jointly on my and my mothers name) , 4 Lac Education Loan from Oriental Bank of Commerce.

Question 1 : The loan letter i got today was on Printed letterhead of Bank.( Its NOT Coloured) bank says they use the same format for all Education Loan purposes. But my consultant Edwise suggest i need to get it on a coloured letter head. So now not only i need the loan sanction letter on coloured letterhead but also the FD clearance letter stating the FD is free from any loan( as it is not attached with the Loan)

I am getting very confused , if i go to the bank tomorrow which i will , and if they refuse , i will have to start the whole process again and if i merge the FD with my savings account , this will take another 28 days. When the time comes to apply for VISA it would be Christmas holidays and my course starts on January 29th ..Please HELP!!!!
