Tier 1 Visa application from US

Hi All,

I have qualified for the Tier 1 visa with 80 points. I would like to apply for Tier 1 visa in the month of August. Currently am in US on B1 visa. Not sure if I can apply for the Tier 1 visa from here. I will be here till october 2nd. Can anyone please let me know whether I can apply for the VISA from US on B1 visa.

You cannot apply from US as you are in US as a visitor (B1). Apply from the country of citizenship or legal residence (as the case may be).
