Tier 2 Visa Application (Switching from Tier 4)

Post by mariner2001 » Thu Oct 11, 2018 4:50 pm

Dear CR001,

I have recently submitted my PhD Thesis and currently awaiting viva. I have got a job offer and the company will issue me unrestricted CoS. RLMT is not done as I will be switching from Tier 4 (general) visa. ISC is also not paid as changing from Tier 4. I am older than 26 and hence being paid at experienced rate. Employer has ticked for maintenance and in addition to that I am maintaining a bank statement for over (960 + 630*4 dependents) = £3500 for over 90 days. I have Masters degree from UK to prove English. Is there anything missing here?

I was confused about how to show that I have spent more than 12 months in the PhD program. My University student services has told me that you need to put the student status letter to verify that statement. Does that seem okay to you?

Regards
