UK tier 2 visa appointment

Hi all,

Very soon I am going to file my tier 2 (general) visa application. Regarding that I have two question that I would like to ask you well-informed guys:

1. Roughly asking, in how many days one gets the visa appointment at centers such as Delhi or Kolkata ?

2. The online application form require details about where the person is going to stay whilst in the UK. Is it sufficient just to furnish this detail online and not to give any documentary proof or certificate? Just to mention, the UKVI does not list this in its list of supporting documents.

Looking forward for your suggestions.
