Tier 4 Visa convert into spouse visa

Hi,
I came from Pakistan in Tier 4 visa ,and my wife she got her own Tier 4 visa from Pakistan ,now we got I year child .How i can convert her visa in to my spouse visa without travling Pakistan?My visa is expering Oct 2010 her tier 4 visa is expering April 2011 as well as my 10 years completing in July 2011.
Is it possible that in my next tier 4 extention i apply to change my wife visa as well as bring my daughter in my visa as well?
Which forms i need to fill? and what documents i need?

In country status change is not possible anymore, if you want to switch visas apply from your home country.

Hi

I think you should read Certificate of approval form and guidance notes. If you apply for that and then you get married in Council office. then she will be your wife here in UK. Read the notes and see it might help you. no mention of Nikah any where...nop

If you have your marriage certificate with you, you should show there in UK home office and tell them all things.I think you child will get British nationality due to that might be possible you will get as well.Must see new policy of British Home office.
