Tier 2 Visa Dependent

Hi,

I am a Tier 2 General Visa Dependent. My Wife is my only Dependent. After 1 and half year i just noted that UKBA Bangladesh Office by mistake gave her my Tier 2 ICT Long term Dependent Visa not tier 2 General Dependent Visa. She works in Sainsbury. Today they told her that UKBA told them that she don't have any work permission in UK. My Q is ,

What to do next ? How can we Save her Job ?

Beside this -- How to change her visa to Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 General Dependent ?

Will it gonna be a Problem in future ?

How can you both be dependents?
