Tier 2 Visa Dependent VISA

Hi,

My wife is planning to apply for Tier 2 Dependent Visa in 3 weeks time(around 1st April). For the Document Purpose - I am sending the original Rental Agreement to my wife. But my rental agreement contract is getting over by 20th April. And I have asked the housing agent for renewal, I will be getting the Renewal agreement(For another 6 months) signed only on April 11th.
So my question is, Can she apply with my old Rental Agreement which is ending by April 20. Will the application will get rejected because of this ? Is there any other option ?

Rental agreement is not a mandatory document for a dependent application. Sending the current one should be fine.
