hi guys ,

i work at one reputed firm and one of my friend also works there since last 5 yrs as manager and he is PSW dependent , he have no bachelor degree and have only completed till 12 std in india

I wanna know is he eligible to apply to tier 2 visa if my boss gives him COS , and if yes then what salary shall be and can he apply from UK I have read the guidance but still bit confused ??
