Tier 2 visa Enquiry

Hi everyone,
i just had a query ..i hope anyone can resolve that...I was granted tier 2 general visa in nov 2009....my period of leave is from 25 nov 2009 to 19 nov nov 2012....in nov 2012 i will apply for another 2 year extention....now my question is when i will apply for ILR after 5 years....u can see in my first leave there is 1 week short .....will that be considered less than 5 year duration as there is 1 week short...and will have to apply for another extension then? please help me with this query

i think you can apply for ILR w/o 3rd extension. search this forum (ILR section for reference)

But who knows if ILR would still be an option in 6-month's time, never mind Nov 2014!!!!!
