Tier 1 Visa extension query

Hi,

My Tier 1 visa is valid till Jan 15 2012. However, I am still in India.
I plan to travel in March 2011 and search for a job in UK.

Assuming I get a job within a month's time, I will only have 7-8 months payslips from my UK employer considering that I will have to apply a month before my visa expires.

I have three questions considering my situation:

1. For claiming points for earnings during extension, Can I show 4 months of my India Salary and 8 months of UK salary? Is this possible?

2. How many months minimum one has to work in UK to be eligible for 5 points for UK experience?

3. Since I will cross 35 by the time of my extension, I wont be eligible for 5 points for my age. So, point 2 above is very important for me to be eligible for an extension. Is my understanding correct?

1. Yes, you can show four month salary from India but uplifit rate wont be applied on indian salary.

2 and 3. If you get points for earnings made in UK then you automatically get 5 points for UK experience. Check relevant table to understand what minimum earnings you need to have in UK in order to claim 5 points for UK exp.
