Tier 1 Visa Extension - Salary requirement

Hi,
I need some help for earning requirement query for my tier 1 extension?
I was on maternity leave from 27th May 2014 to 18th July 2014. I am showing 12 months earning from Nov-2013 to Oct-2014 which includes SMP payments.

In July and August month SMP payments and partial salary payments are credited and if you can see in below summary table 2 salary payments are credited after SMP payment i.e. on 14-Jul-2014 salary credited after 9-Jul-2014 SMP payment and 14-Aug-2014 salary credited after 22-Aug-2014 SMP payment.

Is it okay to have partial Salary payment credited after SMP? Or do I need a letter from my employer mentioning that these 2 partial salary payments are valid and this is due to billing cleared by my agency on those dates.
