Tier 2 visa extension

Hi,

We have submitted for tier 2 visa extension through postal on 17 Feb 2016 .
The visa expiry date was on March 01 2016.
Yesterday(15th March) we got refusal letter from home office as there was a mistake in that , in the sponsorship letter the weekly hours was mention as 39.5 hours where as required was 39 hours for that salary range...when they calculate based on 39 hours the salary came down below the required limit for extension..Any help on this case please...the company is ready to issue new sponsorship letter..
