tier 4 visa extension

Hello
I want to ask that is it possible to extend tier 4 visa inside the UK for a few days as my visa ends on 24th September and my convocation in on 17th October is it possible to extend till 17th October?

No, and that is not "a few days" anyway. It is more than 3 weeks.

You will need to leave the UK on or before 24 September, but you can apply to return as a Standard Visitor for your graduation.
