Tier 4 Visa Extension - Timeline

Applied Visa extension online (along with dependant - Wife & newly born baby): 13 Dec 2021 (priority service)
Received an email to book an appointment: 20 Dec 2021
Biometric Appointment: 10 Jan 2022 (that was the earliest appointment available, and 230 miles away from our residence)
Biometric: Did our biometric on 10 Jan 2022 (The process was easy & straightforward. Took only 10 min to get photos and biometric of all applicants)
Received Visa Decision email: 11 Jan 2022 (Received email from Home office that our application (myself & wife) has been successful) and visa decision for our child was received on 12 Jan 2022 (our child application has been successful).

All process was straight & smooth. The only problem was the unavailability of biometric appointments. The earliest was after 3 weeks with £375 charges.
