Tier -1 Visa Question

Hi guys ,

I had discussion with one of my frnds on setting up a limited company when we are on Tier 1(genaral) Visa.

My question is :

Can I start a company where I can bill myself and others(frnds ) as we are working as contractors???

Help is greatly appireciated.
